16 yr old Josh. We need to talk. How did you have a long-term girlfriend?! (Just to clarify – that question was a joke about my overall physical appearance; the spotty face, ridiculous hair, criminal outfit choice etc. It was never a serious suggestion that being overweight makes you somehow less deserving of love. Obviously the answer to the rhetorical question above is: ‘because looks shouldn’t be a determinant to worth’… but that’s not quite as punchy a caption now is it?!) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Found this gem of a photo and though it was just too good not to share for #transformationtuesday 😂 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Follow me 👉🏻 @unfattening for more like this, and why not have a look at my website for an easy calorie/macro calculator, and subscribe to my free mailing list via the link in the bio for recipes and fitness blogs.

„A fogyókúrámmal együtt járt a szigorú életmódváltás is: ez döbbentett rá, hogy korábban mennyire egészségtelenül éltem” – mondta Wolrich, aki korábban sokszor evett gyorsétermekben, és esténként rengeteget nassolt.

I’m not here to sell you anything. I don’t have a 12 week program to peddle. I will always be sceptical of before and after photos, and so should you – especially when someone is trying to get you to part with your hard earned cash! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ After saying all that 👆🏻, this is my 12 week progress (the irony isn’t lost on me 😂)! 12 weeks of consistency (90:10) whilst also being able to eat out on occasion, going on weekends away and multiple birthday parties. Taking responsibility over your health doesn’t need to impact on your social life, if it does I would argue you’re doing it wrong. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Let me know any questions you have in the comments below and I promise I’ll answer them all! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Weight: 90kg ↘️ 84.5kg Chest: 40” ↘️ 38” Waist: 38.5” ↘️ 34” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 10 points to the first comment that says it’s fake 😜 20 points to the first comment that mentions the hair loss 😉 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Follow me 👉🏻 @unfattening for more like this, and why not have a look at my website for an easy calorie/macro calculator, and subscribe to my free mailing list via the link in the bio for recipes and fitness blogs.

„Az igazság az, hogy gyerekkorom óta gondjaim voltak a súlyommal, csak, amikor dolgozni kezdtem, a hízást ráfogtam arra, hogy a sok meló miatt egészségtelenül eszek. Pedig a diéta csak önuralom és elszántság kérdése” – mondta, és hozzátette, hog rendszere stestmozgás és egészséges étrend nélkül nem tudott volna ilyen hamar ledobni 25 kilót.

Which doctor would you be more willing to take weight-loss advice from?! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Most of you know the above is why I decided to sustainably lose weight once and for all. The hypocrisy was palpable 😳 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Fat is not the devil. Having fat doesn’t make you less of a person. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ However, having too much fat is unhealthy. Let’s not forget that amongst the importance of not fat-shaming (p.s. I know that working out what is too much is difficult but that’s for another post). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This post is a reminder that if I can do it so can you. Promise. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Follow me 👉🏻 @unfattening for more like this, and why not have a look at my website for an easy calorie/macro calculator, and subscribe to my free mailing list via the link in the bio for recipes and fitness blogs.

I’ve been second guessing myself for the last 48hrs about the pros and cons of posting a ‘transformation’ picture this week… but here’s one that means quite a bit to me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I never used to smile properly for photos (I know it’s ironic as I’m not really smiling today either but shhhh it was to make the photos similar) as I would always dislike how round my face got when I did. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now I have the confidence to do so properly. Does losing weight have to be the only way to get your confidence back? No. Should I have not had confidence to smile because I had fat on my face? Absolutely not. But I have to face the reality of the situation and that was my truth, rightly or wrongly. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If I could talk to Josh from 3 yrs ago I would have strong words for him and tell him to stop being stupid, but that’s easy to say in hindsight right? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Follow me 👉🏻 @unfattening for more like this, and why not have a look at my website for an easy calorie/macro calculator, and subscribe to my free mailing list via the link in the bio for recipes and fitness blogs.

You can’t intuitively eat if your intuition is wrong. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There are many people at the moment telling you at ALL diets suck and counting calories just leads to mental health and a bad relationship with food. You know what?! I HAD a bad relationship with food. It’s now better BECAUSE I’ve counted calories and macros. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Since doing so, my appreciation of the calorie density of different foods and my understanding of macro and micronutrients has skyrocketed. Don’t let the scaremongerers win and tell you there’s nothing wrong with your intuition. If that were the truth I would never have been overweight in the first place. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Calorie counting isn’t for life, but it has its purposes and it isn’t something to be scoffed at or underestimated. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Follow me 👉🏻 @unfattening for more like this, and why not have a look at my website and subscribe to my free mailing list via the link in the bio for recipes and fitness blogs.
